Baked Three Cheese and Egg CasseroleMakes approximately: 12 servings 7 eggs 1 C. heavy cream 1 Splenda packet 4 C. Monterey jack cheese 4 oz. cream cheese 16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese 2/3 C. butter, melted 1/2 C. soy flour 1 tea. baking powder Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Grease a 3-qt. casserole dish; set aside. Beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Add cheeses and melted butter and mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder and pour into a prepared dish. Bake for 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve. Serves 12.
