Roasted Potato Skins

4 Tbsp. butter
2 tea. Worcestershire sauce
2 tea. minced garlic
Salt
Pepper

Mix all ingredients and brush on both sides of potato skins. Bake at 500 degrees F for 10 min., turning once.
