Baked Reuben Dip

1 C. grated Swiss cheese
1 C. drained sauerkraut
1/2 C. sour cream
2 tea. spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tea. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
8 oz. corned beef, cut into sm. pieces
I like to add about 1/2 to 1 tea. caraway seeds

Combine all ingredients in glass baking dish. Cover and bake 30 min. at 350 degrees F. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 min. until golden.

Serves 4-6
