Toaster Oven Cookies :: Spritz Cookies

Cookie Press (Spritz) Cookies

2 1/4 C. flour
1/2 tea. salt
3/4 C. sugar
1 C. butter
2 egg yolks
1 tea. vanilla or almond extract or flavoring

Sift flour and salt. Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks and extract or flavoring. Stir into flour mixture. Chill.

Put through a cookie press onto an unprepared cookie sheet. Re-chill slightly if the dough gets too soft. Bake about 10 min. at 350 degrees F.
