Chocolate Brownie Muffins

1 1/2 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar
2/3 C. cocoa
3 tea. baking powder
1 tea. salt
1 C. granola
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1/3 C. oil
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 12 muffin C.

In a lrg. bowl combine the first six ingredients mixing well.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract or flavoring well. Pour the liquid ingredients all at once in to the dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Pour the batter in to the prepared muffin C.

Bake for 18 to 20 min. or until firm to the touch.

Makes approximately 1 dozen.
