Recipe For Cooking Eggnog Muffins
Toaster Oven Muffins :: Sweet Muffins
Eggnog Muffins2 C. flour 1/2 C. sugar 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tea. salt 1 C. eggnog 1/4 C. water 1/3 C. butter, melted 1 egg, beaten 1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/2 tea. nutmeg Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a lrg. mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Pour batter in lined or prepared muffin C. and bake for 20 min. Makes approximately 12 lrg. muffins.
