Recipe For Cooking Fresh Blueberry Muffins
Toaster Oven Muffins :: Sweet Muffins
Fresh Blueberry Muffins2 C. flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder 3/4 C. sugar Pin. of salt 1 C. milk 1/3 C. canola oil 1 egg, beaten 1 C. fresh blueberries or frozen, not packed in sugar Combine dry ingredients in lrg. mixing bowl. Make well in center of flour mixture and add milk, oil and egg. Stir only until combined. Stir berries gently into this. Spoon dough into prepared muffin pans or pans lined with muffin papers. Sprinkle top of dough with sugar. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 min. Let stand 5 min. before removing from pan. Serve warm.
