Banana Nut Bread

1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3 med. bananas, peeled and mashed
3/4 C. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-in. bread pans.

Put cream cheese and eggs into sm. mixer bowl and blend at low speed until smooth. Add mashed bananas and mix well. Put half the dry cake mix into a lrg. bowl; add banana mixture and beat until blended. Add remaining cake mix and nuts; mix just until blended. Divide batter evenly between the pans. Bake for 35 to 45 min. or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 20 min. in the pans. Remove from pans and cool on rack.
