Holiday Eggnog Bread

Serving size: 12

2 eggs
1 C. eggnog
1/2 C. margarine, melted
2 tea. rum extract
1 tea. vanilla extract
2 1/4 C. flour
1 C. sugar
2 tea. baking powder
1/2 tea. salt
1/4 tea. nutmeg, ground
1/2 C. pecans, chopped
1/2 C. red and green candied cherries, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5-in. loaf pan.

In a lrg. bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, margarine, rum extract, and vanilla extract. Blend well. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, pecans and red and green candied cherries. Mix just until blended.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 min.
