Baked Potato Casserole

8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
1 lb. American cheese, sliced in strips
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. fried bacon, chopped

Combine first four ingredients. Place in 9 x 13-in. pan. Top with bacon. Bake 1 hr. at 325 degrees F.
