Recipe For Cooking Carrot Casserole

Carrot Casserole

2 lb. carrots
1/3 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
12 Ritz crackers, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice carrots, rinse with water, place in lrg. pan and boil for 10 min. Drain well, place in casserole dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Melt butter and Velveeta together and pour over carrots. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake for 30 min.
