Spinach Casserole2 pkg. frozen spinach 6 tea. butter 1 tea. flour 1/2 C. milk 1 can mushrooms Pin. of dry mustard 1/2 tea. salt Cook spinach. In saucepan, melt butter; add flour. Cook until bubbly. Blend in milk. Add seasonings, mushrooms and spinach. Pour into casserole dish. Topping 1/2 C. sour cream 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 C. mayonnaise Mix ingredients together. Pour over spinach mixture and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 min.
