Zucchini Pie

4 C. thinly sliced zucchini
1 C. thinly sliced onion
1/4 C. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tea. salt
1/4 tea. pepper
1/4 tea. garlic powder
1/4 tea. basil
1/4 tea. oregano
2 eggs
2 C. shredded cheese

Sauté zucchini and onion in butter. Add herbs and mix well. Spread in pie plate. Mix together eggs and cheese. Pour over zucchini. Bake 15-20 min. at 350 degrees F or until set.
