Spinach and Egg Casserole1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach 1 (15 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup 1 Tbsp. mustard 1/2 lb. deli ham, cut into 1/4-in. cubes 4 hardboiled eggs, chopped or sliced Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In lrg. saucepan, cook spinach according to pkg. direction; drain well. Stir in soup, mustard and ham. Pour into a 9-in. square baking pan. Top with eggs. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.
