These are some of our favorite breads based on proven recipes. We love whole grain breads and so will you. These are very fine breads with just the right mixture of stone ground wheat and premium bread flours. Each is made with premium ingredients like plenty of sunflower seeds, real honey, a touch of molasses, or Canadian rolled oats.

This package contains four mixes: Prairie Sunflower Bread, Big Sky Cracked Wheat Bread, Golden Honey Oat Bread, and Honey Wheat Bread. Each mix makes a large loaf.

If you make this bread in your bread machine, water temperature is critical. Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees. A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of the yeast. These bread mixes are satisfaction guaranteed when you use a thermometer.

Prairie Sunflower: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), whole wheat flour, raw sunflower seeds, milk (nonfat dry milk solids), sugar, salt, and yeast (yeast, monostearate). Big Sky Cracked Wheat: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), whole wheat flour, cracked wheat, sugar, milk (nonfat dry milk), salt, and yeast (yeast, monostearate). Golden Honey Oat: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), whole wheat flour, rolled oats, milk (nonfat dry milk solids), dry honey crystals (honey, wheat starch, calcium sterate (anti-caking agent), and hydroxylated lecithin), salt, yeast (yeast, monostearate), and dough conditioner (added for better baking (wheat flour, dextrose, soy flour, calcium salts, dicetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride, fungal enzymes, azodicarbonamide, and calcium iodate)). Honey Wheat: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), whole wheat flour, honey (honey, wheat starch, calcium sterate (an anti-caking agent), and hydroxylated lecithin), milk (nonfat dry milk), salt, and yeast (yeast, monostearate). A small amount (.3%) of dough conditioner is added to each mix for better baking (wheat flour, dextrose, soy flour, calcium salts, dicetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride, fungal enzymes, azodicarbonamide, and calcium iodate). These products contain wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.
